I vow to not keep secrets from myself. In other words, I'm promising to be as open & honest as I possibly can with myself. I'm not a fan of secrets. A secret is a sister to deception. You would be amazed how secrets can easily turn into guilt and guilt turns into a facade... then, your stuck trying to be someone that your not. I'm learning that it's easier to be truthful to yourself. Then, it becomes easier to understand and accept others and the world starts to make more sense. At the end of the day, we're all out here just trying to figure it out.
