As you may know, I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel back to Africa for a second time. My first experience in Africa was beyond what words can describe. It gave me a more worldly outlook on life and challenged my dreams. I left Africa as a better person.
This time I have been granted with the opportunity to teach, get published, and be a part of several volunteer efforts. I plan on sharing my journey by documenting my experiences.
I also want to extend the opportunity to help educate the children of Africa. Unlike America, families have to pay for their children to go to school. Being that money is very scarce; it is extremely difficult for families to send their children to school. For $40 dollars, you will be able to sponsor a child to attend school for a full year. This will include all fees including school supplies and uniforms. I can guarantee that your efforts will be received by the families with much gratitude.
In return, you will receive thank you letter by the school and the child, along with a picture. I am hoping to be able to capture a video from the child you’ve sponsored, telling you how you made a difference in their lives. I will also have the family include e-mails so you can keep up with their progress throughout the school year.
